They look wonderful. Instead of buying some citrons confits today, I'm going to preserve some of my own. Nice to do on a quiet Saturday
I am fascinated by these.I wish I could get hold of some.
I've been intending to preserve them every day since I posted this and yet again the best laid plans . . . perhaps I shall do it today! I need to do it before they end up as potpourri!
Rupert - are you sure you can't get them in Portugal? Perhaps they have another name (or yet another name I should say!!!)
